WordPress Website Workshop
Do you want a website for your business, but don’t want to pay £100s?
WordPress is free software, which allows you to create your own Content Management System (CMS) website. WordPress has been developed by hundreds of volunteers and is constantly being improved. It offers a wonderful variety of website styles and ready made programs to plugin to your site to create a diversity of functionality.
We will show you how to set up a website using WordPress and discuss hosting and domain names. You will also learn how to build your site by adding pages, how to personalise the site with your company logo and colours and how to upload and use your images.
You will be able to work on a live test site during the workshop. The best way of learning is to practise!
