Evening Classes
Presented by Chris White (25 years experience in teaching the subject)
To look at painting and sculpture from the Middle Ages & Renaissance periods to the present day & Modern Art.
10 & 12 week courses starting throughout the year.
Venue: Ardleigh House, 42 Ardleigh Green Road, RM11 2LG.
Tuesday evening 7:30 – 9:30pm
Provisional content to include this term:
- Studying & looking at works of art such as Goya, Velasquez, Pablo Picasso & Salvador Dali.
Fee £100 for 10 weeks, starting Tuesday 9th January 2024.
Usual session itinerary: look at prints and DVD of specific artist or subject, followed by discussion, power point presentation / slide lecture etc.
Also available are separate Art gallery visits on a regular basis. these include the National Gallery, Wallace Collection, Tate Britain, Tate Modern, Guildhall Art Gallery, The V&A et al and London guided cultural walks. These options are open to all, class members or not.
