Angela Gill began instructing group fitness classes in 1993 after being brought up in the fitness industry by her parents who owned the first fitness club of its kind in the 1980’s. She used to attend all her father’s aerobics classes from the age of five until she was old enough to teach her own!

Angela is currently studying Sports and Exercise Science at degree level at the University of East London.
