A Relaxing Day Trip to the Cotswolds

Escape to the heart of rural England on this relaxing day trip to the beautiful Cotswolds, travelling in comfort by executive coach. Sit back, relax, and enjoy rolling hills, charming villages, and timeless English scenery. We head to Stratford Upon Avon, Shakespeare county. Here we will stop for 2 hours giving plenty of time for you to get lunch and have a look round. We then  begin a scenic coach drive through classic Cotswold countryside and some of the most beautiful towns in the Cotswolds before stopping at Bourton-on-The-Water.  This is considered the most picturesque town in the Cotswolds. Here you will have time to look around and get  afternoon tea, if you wish, before we leave at 5pm for the journey back home.

What to look forward to:

• First stop in Stratford-upon-Avon, with time to explore at your own pace
• A scenic drive through the Cotswolds’ famous countryside and attractive villages with honey-coloured stone buildings.
• An afternoon stop in Bourton on the Water for you to view the most picturesque village in the Cotswolds and get afternoon tea.

At 5 pm we will say goodbye to Bourton on the Water and the Cotswolds as we head back to Ardleigh House.

No need to worry about driving, directions, or parking — simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the day.

PLEASE NOTE – Bourton on the Water no longer allows coaches in the town. The coach drop off point is a ten minute walk from the town centre but on good ground and on the flat.
